PERSONALISATION
All the models in this catalogue (except for the Aromatherapy
apron) can be personalised by adding an embroidered symbol. Minimum order 10
pieces. Details on request.
DELIGHTED OR YOUR MONEY BACK.
Perhaps you are not pleased with one of our items? Whatever the reason you have
10 days from the date of invoice to request a replacement or request your money
back. The item should not have been worn or washed and must be returned in its
original packaging accompanied by the returns form enclosed in your
delivery.
Send the items for exchange to Carlton Beauty & Spa Ltd, Carlton House,
Commerce Way, Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 8TA, UK.
You are responsible for the cost of postage. If, in fact, the cause of your
dissatisfaction is our fault (damaged item, wrong item sent) we will reimburse
the cost of postage, on the basis of standard postal or freight costs. If you
are requesting replacement goods, a postage charge will be applied.
Personalised embroidered items and items made to measure cannot be returned or
exchanged.
* Replacement or reimbursement does not apply to normal wear and tear of the
models nor to external damage (tears,mould,use of chemical products) - nor as
the result of incorrect use and care.
